• Wick is made from natural cotton.
• They are individually hand poured and made to order.
• Every candle is unique and please allow slight colour differences due to different monitors and lighting environments. Scents can influence the final colour of the candle.
• The natural pillar and soy wax means they do burn quickly when compared to chemically enhanced mass produced candles from larger outlets.
Because of this reason, our candles are designed for decorative purposes
• If you do wish to burn the candles, burn time may vary due to the irregular shapes and sizes of our designs. Please use a suitable coaster or candle plate beneath, as natural wax will drip, burn and may stain or damage your surfaces.
• As our sculptural candles are handmade and hand poured, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. They may also come with small white marks known as ‘frosting’.
• We are trying our best to deliver the best products, but keep in mind small imperfection may appear.
Air bubbles may appear in our candles and concrete pieces, and they do not affect the performance or quality, in fact, we think they give a unique look for each item created.
