Shipping time is 2-4 working days for Evri Standard UK.
EU and US orders can take 2 weeks.

All candles are made to order! Order early to ensure delivery ahead of your date.

Please contact us if you are planning to order over 10 candles may take a couple of days longer to process.

For expedited service, consider selecting the “Rush Production” option.

Unfortunately once we drop off your package to shipping provider, it’s out of our control. Refunds/replacements will not be issued if the tracking shows the order has been delivered. We cannot take responsibility for lost mail. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as ‘delivered’ – a signature on delivery upgrade is available.

  If you have Je t’aime candle account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank. We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards, or Discover cards at this time.

Our decorative candles are designed for decorative use. However, if you do choose to light them up, burn time may vary due to the irregular shapes and sizes of our designs.

Our candles are hand-poured in the United Kingdom with 100% premium eco soy wax, high-quality fragrance oils, and cotton wicks.
They’re vegan, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free.
